We spent $4000+ on a couch and a bed frame. The couch has since been repaired (5 months in) because it fell to the floor.

The service personnel let us know that it was because the one screw holding the entire side of the couch up - broke. Our bed frame has comepletely fell apart as well and the bed sags in the middle. They came out to see and ordered repair parts that wonโ€™t come for weeks. Our bed is on the floor.

I called last Saturday to talk to someone about anything they could do to expedite it and they said they would call me back on Monday. Itโ€™s 7 daysclater snd no call.

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. The service guys have been nice and thatโ€™s about it
