Rc Willey Home Furnishings - RC Willey. Rescheduled Delivery, They Didn't Call Us
We ordered a freezer from RC Willey. They said they would deliver it in one week on a Friday morning.
On Friday morning I stayed at home and waited for their delivery, but the freezer didn't come. I went to their website and found out that they had rescheduled the delivery for Friday between 3:15 and 6:15. I had something else scheduled for about that time so I called their customer service. Their answering service put me on hold for about a half hour, and then I was able to talk to someone.
The person I talked to had no explanation for why the delivery people didn't call me, but she said that she would call the delivery people and they would call me back in fifteen minutes. It has been about an hour and they still haven't called me.
It's about 12:45 now.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
