No one has called me back. I was customer service manager for 19 years and this not how you treat your customers.
They only would offer us $100 in store credit. So they delivered a new one and they told us they delivered us the wrong refer. I called our salesman and HE had a bad attitude and said at least we have the right one now. I asked for a person in customer to call me and never received a call back.
This is the 2nd time I have problems with something we purchased. THEY SUCK AND THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

Apology and discount on new bedroom set..
Store manager called me personally. He apologized and offered friends and family credit.
End up getting new set of furniture from them. New drivers were very nice and helpful.
We are still in the worst pandemic of our time, people.
Driver just turned around and left. Called customer service to send my order back- they couldn't help, and they were rude- cancelled the order.

Verified Buyer |Furniture damaged by delivery folks and items missing needed holes to connect the seat portion of a chair
We have had nothing but issues! We purchased a dining room set with 6 chairs.
We opted to put the items together ourselves, and upon assembling the chairs, we found that it did not come with the 3 pre-drilled holes needed to connect the chair to the seat portion. Given we live nearly 2 hours from the nearest store, we just went ahead and drilled the needed holes, as we needed chairs to host an upcoming dinner. Customer service was awful and less than understanding and merely offered $50 for a $200 chair! But wait...
it gets better. We again decided to gamble fate and bought more furniture from RC Willey, this time it was a desk with a hutch and a TV stand with the hutch. Given our hell-ish time with the chairs, we decided to pay for the delivery because they will assemble the items. Well...
when the delivery men brought in the TV hutch and began to attach it to the base, they screwed right through a cubbyhole! This is a $1600 item that is now being held together on one end with 1 screw. As of today, I am waiting for a replacement hutch and plan to supervise the entire assembly process to ensure nothing else is damaged. This is the last time we EVER buy from RC Willey!
Their items are cheaply made for the $$$ you pay!
Additionally, the customer service staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all! We have spent so much money to be treated poorly and for cheaply made crap!

Warranty service
bought a stove with extended warranty and new oven started turning cycling on and off every about 4 min. called in for service and the warranty company sent out a service person that said it was a thermocouple even thow the oven would fire up .
it took a week and a half to get the part and it didn't work . So then the service guy guessed it was 2 more parts with out using any instruments .
Now we've waited another 2 weeks . Don't thank I would buy from them again .

Customers Fault Outdoor Table falls apart
In April of last year my husband I came in to purchase an outdoor patio set for the newly finished deck we had built. It has been a tradition for us to come to RC Willey for our home purchases since 2005 when we returned from our honeymoon and bought our first bed.
Shortly after our honeymoon we purchased a crib from RC Willey, that all four of our baby boys would sleep in upon their return from the hospital. A few years later after we moved into our newly built home we ran to RC Willey to buy a freezer for the garage. Once our boys outgrew the crib in the nursery, we bought bunk bed sets and big boy beds. We recently finished our basement and bought new couches and a TV there.
Walking into RC Willey, for our family, meant new milestones were being celebrated and that we had saved enough money to purchase a quality product, guilt free. It was a place we looked forward to going. Last April was no exception. We had saved enough cash to buy an outdoor set that we could entertain our family and friends on.
We spent a hefty amount of cash by time all was said and done and waited for the patio set arrival. By June the table top’s varnish began to flake off. By the end of the summer chunks of the wood were coming off the legs, sides and top of the table. It had gotten so awful my children refused to sit at the table because it was causing splinters and pieces of wood would get onto their plates of food.
In September I called RC Willey to come and look at the table. No one ever showed. I tried setting up another look from the warranty department again, knowing my warranty was about the expire. The nice tech made it to my house this time and he was shocked at the product.
He assured me it would be a manufacturer defect, especially since the chairs from the set had help up just fine, and I’d hear back soon from his supervisor. No one ever “got in touch” with me, so I followed up. Apparently, my one year warranty with the manufacturer had expired so there was nothing to be done. I nicely reminded the customer service rep that my warranty was with RC Willey not the manufacturer.
She asked to call me back so she could talk to someone else…She called back to tell me that my warranty had expired with them too. I asked her to look back at the dates and she would be able to see that I had called before my warranty expired. She hung up to talk to someone else again. A few minutes later she called and let me know that the tables damage had actually been my fault.
I had left it outside. I was in complete shock. It was an OUTDOOR PATIO table! I promptly pulled up the table on the RC Willey website.
It is advertised as an outdoor patio table and there isn’t a single disclaimer or warning there that suggests it may not hold up outdoors. Nor did the salesman mention anything to that degree. Ironic. I expressed my disappointment that they were passing the blame of selling and advertising such a poor product off on a customer.
This table didn't even hold up for a season. I could have bought a $99 wood picnic table at Home Depot for better results. I have not one time ever used a warranty or complained to RC Willey. I have always been a loyal customer, but right then and there I parted ways with RC Willey.
I would have been happy to even have just heard, “I am sorry. We sold an unacceptable product”. It wouldn’t have hurt to offer a small discount on a purchase of a new table or even a small refund off the one I now plan on dumping. It wouldn’t have taken an exchange or refund to please me.
I considered myself a loyal customer.
However, I got a swift kick and was told it was all my fault RC Willey will no longer be included in our family milestones. Does anyone know of any furniture stores that will escort me from here on out?
