I bought some bedroom furniture through RC Willey financing in 2013 for around $950 it is 2018, I haven’t purchased anything else using the account and my account has been closed for at least three years, how much do I owe.....1405.98 awesome! I have been paying on this for five years why?

Because the salesman lied through his teeth and told me that I could have a warranty on my furniture that was 8 dollars a month and it would cover scratches or anything I needed so now that it’s all falling apart and I want it fixed I’m told that I’m not paying for a warranty (in fact those types of warranty’s don’t even exist) I’m paying insurance for them to not reposses my stuff in case I lose my job. This said warranty (which is now $13 btw and I wasn’t informed of this increase) I’ve been paying on for five years is worthless, interest is 21% so I’ve been paying around 5 dollars a month to the principal that would have been great to know if I was actually able to access my account online and find out what the *** has been going on and why this won’t go down in five years between interest, late fee’s and my “warranty” I have paid my dues three times and I still owe $1400. RC Willey does not even care to take any responsibility for lying to me I can’t even finish a sentence when talking to their customer service on the phone without them interrupting and getting defensive or hanging up on me. They are extremely rude on the phone no matter how small your issue is ex.

simply trying to give them your email address so you can get your account setup online! They will not even attempt to resolve your issue because they don’t give a *** I will never do business with them again because once they have your money they don’t give a *** about you after talking to at least ten people I was able to get one person to even at least try to help me they gave me a $50 credit on my account, what a slap in the face.

I’ve been a customer for almost a decade and I have spent thousands on washers/dryers, living room sets and kitchen appliances but I will go somewhere else from now on and pay more because the customer service I have received is by far the worst of any company I have ever dealt with and I’ve worked customer service for years so I’m not rude to them I know how it is. But I guess taking my business somewhere else I wouldn’t actually be paying more because technically when this is all said and done I will have paid for my bedroom furniture six times!
